Schedule for Winter Romp 2026

This is the general schedule for the weekend, Feb 12-16 2026. Itinerary subject to change so please check back the week of the event.

Note: Winter Romp Registration desk in the Grand’s lobby will be open with the following hours.

Thursday: 17:00 – 20:00
Friday: 12:00 – 22:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 10:00 (after 10:00 inquire at Hotel check in counter)

FRIDAY:

1700 – 2000: Meet and Greet buffet at Waterville Grand Hotel (Best Western Plus) at O’Brien’s.
Tickets are $45.00 and can be purchased online. Cost at the door will be $50.00
2200: Late night off roading on Sebasticook Millennium Green.

SATURDAY:

0600 – 1000: Breakfast at Waterville Grand Hotel (you can order Rompwiches at the same time).
1100 – 1800: Off road trails in groups. All groups meet for pack lunch at the Ridge (Habitat for Humanity Shed)
1800: Catered dinner Champions in the Elm Plaza (cash bar). $50 (Tickets in the store, $55 at the door). Auction to follow.
2100: Late night off roading on Sebasticook Millennium Green. Reservations recommended.

SUNDAY:

0600 – 1100: Breakfast at Waterville Grand Hotel. (you can order Rompwiches at the same time).
1100 – 1800: off roading.
1900: Wrap Party Yin Yuan, 41 Temple Street.

MONDAY (for those sticking around):
0900ish- 1100ish: Breakfast at O’Brien’s at the Waterville Grand Hotel.
