Please fill out the form below to register for Winter Romp 2026 by February 2, 2026.

All vehicles on the Sebasticook Millenium Green February 12-16 2026 need to be registered to attend Winter Romp. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a vehicle is found on the Green without a Romp Registration Tag, the vehicle operator will need to make a $250.00 donation to Habitat for Humanity at their concession stand and display the registration tag handed to them at that time on their vehicle. Refusal to comply will result in said vehicle and occupants being asked to leave and will not be eligible to attend Winter Romp for five calendar years.

Rules for Non Land Rovers at Romp 2026

*Limited to first ten vehicles* If you have attended romp in the past with a Land Rover and can not bring a Land Rover this year, or you have been to Romp for the past two consecutive years in a non Land Rover. You must first find a sponsor that has registered to attend the 2026 Winter Romp and donate $100 to Waterville Habitat for Humanity or forward a volunteer certificate from an affiliated Habitat branch showing you have volunteered at least ten hours in 2025.

NEW: The Green will accept up to twenty off branded vehicles to use the trails on Monday, February 16, 2026 for a $50.00 donation each to Waterville Habitat for Humanity. Those vehicle tags will need o be acquired before February 12, 2026.

Form Requirements & Information

This form must be completed for ALL persons in your party ages 11+.

List all phone numbers within your party that would want event related text messages leading up to and during Winter Romp. You can opt-out anytime by texting back ‘cancel’.

If you do not want to receive ANARC club event notifications, opt out anytime after the close of Winter Romp.

Upon registering you will receive an automated email with a confirmation of registration.
